I’m taking part in a bake off box challenge where every month I get a new box with a new recipe. Every 3 months it gets harder and harder. My favorite was a bakewell tart. I just got a new one and it was a foccacia. A few people do it like nikki lily, a few winners from bake off and others. I’m really enjoying it and I can’t wait for the next one.
