P6/7 have worked really hard over the last two days to create a fantastic Christmas window display. The display will be our Abernethy entry to the Rotary Club competition for local schools. The rules stated that the display needed to be on a ‘traditional’ theme, include a Christmas tree, and incorporate recycled material. The pupils decided to base their design on the four themes of Advent, and have used recycled newspaper as well as lots of odds and ends of paper from our art cupboard. Well done everyone for a great effort, the display looks great!
