This morning was a hive of activity in P6/7 as the pupils got stuck into building their electric model cars as part of our STEM project. They had already drawn 2D and 3D designs of their cars, so today there was measuring, marking, sawing, cutting and gluing taking place as the designs started to become real. The chassis are all now complete, so after the holidays the pupils will build the electric circuits and fit the motors, before adding the bodywork.
