I am going to tell you about Fuzz and the Glass Eye. The book is illustrated by John Bennett and written by Elizabeth Pulford.
The main character is Fuzz, Fuzz is a stray cat who follows Matt home and turns his life up side down. Mr Pedosky lost his glass eye but in the end Mr Pedosky gets fuzz for a pet and gives Matt his very first glass eye.
I give the book a nine out of ten, but it was too short whereas the book was funny also the illustrations made it even better so I think you should read it too. Thats the end of the book review.
